Rival's Connection to Hob Nob
'Trestle' Trestle is a gorgeous black and white split face female that was born on October 18th, 2005 of Rival's Kesh X Hollowshot Trippin' On Sunshine. She was originally purchased by Jan DeMello of Hob Nob Border Collies from totally unrelated outside lines. She was a mother for two wonderful litters there (whelped Aug 2007 and Dec 2008). I lost Olé, my black and white split faced female, unexpectedly to cancer, the same weekend Jan put Trestle up for sale on her website. I had always watched Trestle as she grew up, thinking how much she looked like Olé, and found myself drawn to her. Soon, Trestle was on her way to Dallas. She instantly bonded to me as if she knew how sad I was. Trestle is an extremely well built little package only standing at 17 1/2 inches but don't let her size fool you. She has tons of speed with power to spare and is very light on her feet. She loves to learn and wants so much to please me! She is a very loving, loyal athletic girl and I am thrilled to have had her as an addition not only to my breeding program but to my life! Update December 2010 Trestle is retired from breeding due to a weakening in the lining of her uterus found at the time of her last c-section. I am lucky to have retained co-ownership on her sons Power, Talent, and Kaos for the future!
