On Target Border Collies strives to produce dogs with excellent structure, drive, and temperment to compete at the highest levels in performance sports.

All dogs used for breeding are thoroughly health-checked before they become part of our breeding program. We CERF, BAER and DNA test (when appropriate) all of our puppies before they leave for their new homes. All On Target puppies must have their hips certified (OFA or PennHIP) by 2 years of age.
